The Town of Oyen opened the new Shirley McClellan Aquatic Centre pool facility to the public in 2005. This beautiful facility has something for everyone with a junior Olympic size pool, zero depth entry, water slide, lazy river, and a water umbrella. After your swim, treat yourself to a cleansing shower in the Mens,  Womens, Family or Handicap change room.

Swimming lessons, public swimming or aqua fit classes are available or perhaps your group wants to rent the facility exclusively. . When you drive or walk by and hear the kids, you’ll see why this community feels extremely fortunate to have such a beautiful facility.

Enjoy cooling off in the Consort swimming pool after a long day on the trails. Perhaps you want to stay in your exercise routine? Enjoy an aquasize class or swim a few laps.

Splash Park

Empress, Alberta

The splash park is open during the summer for all to enjoy. While staying in one of the RV parks, bring your kids along and take a break from the heat splashing around in the spray park.

Spray Park

The Splash Park is open from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm daily in the summer months. Blood Indian has 300 campsites, 29 serviced sites.
